BUFF - Table

A challenge that we have struggled with for years is to make an indestructible table with wood feeling. When Joel Karlsson showed his idea with a durable tabletop that through a trumpet design meets the legs of solid wood, we were close to the solution. After many tests of various materials for the tabletop, the result became the table Buff (Joel Karlsson, Krook&Tjäder Design, 2012) – HI-MACS® top on solid wooden legs. HI-MACS is a highly durable, mineral-based material with a non-porous surface.

Scratches can be removed by polishing the surface with a polishing detergent or by using a Scotch Brite pad to buff the damaged area with a regular circular motion. Buff comes with a top in a choice of Alpine White, Nougat Cream, Babylon Beige, Toffee Brown on legs of solid ash, birch or oak. Height 400, 500, 600 or 720 mm and several sizes. Buff is ideal wherever you want a genuine wood feel in settings where furniture has to cope with wear and tear. You can furnish with Buff in cafés, coffee rooms, kitchens, or in the office, etc.
