Cantilvered Bin Storage Shelving

Cantilevered bin shelving is an excellent storage solution when easy access is needed to small parts or tools. The bins or shelves can also be sloped 10 degrees to keep fresh parts closer to the operator. Standard width of 33.7" ensures a perfect fit of standard sized bins.

When easy access is needed to small parts or tools, cantilevered bin shelving is an excellent storage solution. The bins or shelves can be sloped 17 degrees to keep fresh parts closer to the operator. Shelves and bins may also be installed as flat. Standard width of 33.7" ensures a perfect fit of standard sized bins. Our products are customizable with various accessories such as top canopies, acrylic end panels, and up lighting- making it easier for you to find what you need when working quickly on a project. To use, place the model and select the width, depth, and height desired. Use the options under "construction" in the properties panel to modify the shelves and bins, and add or remove additional accessories.

Specificatie

Frame Construction
- 2 vertical uprights made of 14 gauge steel
- Uprights are 2" deep with a 1 1/4" face
- Fully welded frame with 16 gauge sway supports
- Standard width of 33.7" efficiently fits standard industrial storage bins
- Shelf slots run up the entire upright at 1" intervals
- Total weight capacity is 500 lbs for single-sided units and 1050 lbs for double-sided units
- Base supports are seismiclly rated and include 3/8" levelers
Bin Rail Construction
- One piece of cold-rolled 16 gauge steel
- Integrated mounting brackets are compatable with frame mounting points
- Top surface enables the use of standard hanging bins
- Slot on the face for use with wall accessories or peg board hooks
Shelf Construction
- Single-piece of folded 16 gauge steel
- Front, rear, and sides are turned up 90 degrees to create a tray-like shelf
- Shelves have integrated shelf brackets and are capable of two-position mounting
- Shelves may be mounted level or at 17 degree slope
Canopy Construction
- Folded from a single piece of 18 gauge cold-rolled steel
- Edge thickness of 3/4"
