Heliox UV MP
Heliox UV MP

    Heliox UV MP

The Heliox UV MP treatment system has a number of advantages over chemical disinfection systems, since virtually UV light does not alter the physical and chemical composition of water, it is very effective against any type of organism (algae, bacteria, virus, fungi, yeasts, etc.) further minimizing the risks of handling and dosing of hazardous chemicals. Moreover, UV treatment reduces the levels of combined chlorine in the water, thereby producing significant water and energy savings by reducing the volume and frequency of pool waterrenewals.

The Heliox UV MP treatment systems have been designed and manufactured with the latest technology in UV treatment of water, thus ensuring continuous operation and minimal maintenance.
The proposed control architecture for HELIOX UV MP system has a number of features that allow the highest levels of reliability, efficiency and scalability.

    • Because the systems incorporate calibrated radiation and flow sensors, continuous adjustment of the lamp power is allowed, thus optimizing energy consumption and lifetime. Calibrated sensors do not require any user action on them.
    • HELIOX UV MP systems manage two parameters when setting the lamp power, radiation measured by the sensor and flow. Thus, the system sets a nominal radiation for each model, which is determined by the maximum treatment flow to ensure a dose of 60 mJ/cm2. If the flow to be treated is less than the nominal one, so too will be the radiation needed, so the system will decrease the output power, optimizing the energy consumption and increasing lamp life. Like the current UV systems, whether radiation decreases due to loss of efficiency of the lamp, turbidity, etc., the system will adjust the lamp power to ensure the nominal dose.
    • The lamp power system is based on an electronic ballast which allows continuous operation with high efficiency (greater than 95%).
    Spesifikasjon
    • The control architecture used in Heliox UV PM systems has a number of features that make them reliable, energy-efficient and scalable to the highest possible level.

The Heliox UV MP systems use two parameters for adjusting the power setting: average radiation and flow. All models have a rated radiation profile that ensures a dose of 60mJ/cm2. If the flow is lower than the rated value, the same will apply to the required radiation level and the system reduces the power input, thus optimising power consumption and the lamp’s lifetime. Likewise, if radiation drops due to losses caused by cloudy water, scaling or lamp emission efficiency, the system will adjust the power so that the right dose is supplied.

      • More compact design (UV reactor in AISI-316).
      • Adjustable to between 70 and 100% of rated power, in 1% increments, by means of a self-cooling electronic
        ballast.
      • Fluidra technology (design and manufacturing).
      • Calibrated UV-C radiation sensor (mW/cm2). Precise dose control. Instant power adjustment to process
conditions. Saves energy and extends the lamp’s lifetime.
      • Advanced colour touch screen. System menu for browsing process parameters and log files.
      • All UV MP 50-->450 and UV MP 50AWP -> 450AWP models are built in compliance with UL NSF.
