Burglary resistance Hinged door RC5 - Single and double

RC5 burglary resistant single and double hinged door.

Resistance class RC5 according to EN 1627-1630, the highest level of the Heinen hinged range: protection against experienced burglars using power tools (angle grinder, jigsaw, drills). Intended for critical infrastructure, banks, embassies, defence and high security areas.

The RC5 door is built on a dedicated reinforced construction while keeping the METAL+ appearance of the whole Heinen range.

Heinen hinged doors are constructed on the basis of the METAL+ concept so that they always look the same regardless of the 'safety/security' performance features available.

All doors are custom-made, whether it concerns:

the many performance features available
the finishes
the fittings and accessories
the dimensions
with mortared or bolted frame (RC5 is only available with a mortared frame)

Burglary resistance EN 1627-1630: class RC5 (mortared frame).
BIM content: the Revit file includes ready-to-use single and double leaf RC5 types, with fire resistance configurations from EI0 to EI2 60.

- Burglary resistance (EN 1627-1630): RC5
- Frequency of use: Up to 1,000,000 open/close cycles (max. level) + durability of automatic closure: 200.000 cycles (C5)
- Mechanical resistance:
  - M4 (maximum normative level)
  - Up to M+7 (maximum level beyond the standards)
- Service life of the door: 15-year warranty on the door set

- Max leaf: 1300 x 300 (WxH). Min leaf: 780 x 1100
- Max opening: 1410 x 3078 (WxH). Min opening: 890 x 1178
Dimension Double door:
- Max leaf: 1300 x 3000 (WxH). Min leaf: AL/PL* 780/400 x 1100
- Max opening: 2720 x 3078 (WxH). Min opening: 1680 x 1178
