Is Box

IS-BOX is a box with a pair of pre-installed 3+1 and 4+1 outlet sanitary manifolds, suitable for wall recessing even in bathrooms covered with tiles or valuable materials. The reduced size allows it to be installed in brick or plasterboard walls with a minimum thickness of 60 mm. The manifolds are compatible with drinking water and the inlets can be shut off by screw sealing valves and replaceable headworks. Available in two colours (white and chrome), also in the completely inspectable version.

Spesifikasjon

IS-BOX is a box with pre-assembled sanitary manifolds, suitable for recessed installation. The manifolds for hot and cold water have 3 and 4 outlets respectively. The IS-BOX manifold fi ttings are 3/4’’ EK, with a spacing of 40 mm. Where appropriate, for each additional manifold, an additional outlet can be created by removing the caps from the fi tting on the right: in this case, the thread released is 1/2’’ F. The misalignment between the manifold gaps is 16.5 mm. The inlets to the two manifolds accept adduction tubes with a maximum diameter of 20 mm. Fluid in contact: drinking water. Maximum fl uid temperature: 100 °C. MATERIALS Manifold body: brass CW617N. Sealing elements: Peroxide EPDM. Screw-controlled interception valve stem, body and rod: brass CW617N. Key: PA + 30% FV. Protective box and cover: 40% talc-filled PP. Plate: ABS, white or chrome-plated. Front cover (for versions that can be inspected only): ABS, white or chrome-plated. INSTALLATION Prepare a cavity in the wall with the following dimensions: height H ≥ 182 mm, width W ≥ 268 mm; depth D ≥ 58 mm.
