CRM reinforcement Kimitech WALLMESH system

Kimitech WALLMESH is used for the construction of reinforced plaster on masonry structures, the construction of anti-debonding systems of floors, as well as the construction of anti-overturning devices of infills and partitions. It is also used for local repairs, such as seams of lesions. Kimitech WALLMESH is a preformed mesh in composite material consisting of A.R. glass fibers, with thermosetting primer, used in combination with mortars from the Basic, Betonfix and Tectoria lines to make reinforcements on masonry and concrete products.

Spesifikasjon

Reinforced plaster on any type of wall equipped with CVT for CRM systems. The process includes the following application phases: preliminary cleaning and restoration operations, application of a first layer of roughcast to the wall facing with natural hydraulic lime mortar NHL Basic MALTA M15 by Kimia S.p.A. or a similar product with compressive strength at 28 days UNI EN 1015-12: >15 N/mm²; flexural strength at 28 days >4 Mpa, installation of the flexible fiberglass mesh Kimitech WALLMESH by Kimia S.p.A. or a similar product, partially incorporating it into the fresh roughcast mortar. Drill holes, preferably with rotary tools, and insert four (4) L-shaped connectors per square meter, preformed with fiberglass and Kimitech PLUG VR resin with improved adhesion by Kimia S.p.A. or a similar product, with the following characteristics: diameter: 8 mm, resistant area: 11.5 mm2, average tensile strength: 18.9 kN, grouting the hole with Kimitech EPOXY CTR high-performance, fast-hardening epoxy resin by Kimia S.p.A. or a similar product. Wait for the first layer of mortar to set and apply the next layer with a trowel or machine. The supply and installation of all the materials described above and anything else needed for the finished work are included.
