Olympus FLOOR System Lightweight concretes and floor consolidation systems

The Olympus FLOOR line is specifically designed for the structural consolidation of existing floors. Compared to traditional interventions, the Olympus FLOOR solution is characterized by the use of innovative materials, lightened and compatible with the built-up area, by means of an intervention on the extrados that involves the construction of a collaborating slab. Through Olympus FLOOR systems, it is possible to intervene on all types of slab thanks to specific connectors that adapt to each type of load-bearing structure, guaranteeing the functioning of the system. Different types of Oly Mesh Glass fiber meshes are also used, which are characterized by high mechanical performance, extreme lightness and maneuverability on the construction site, absence of oxidation phenomena and therefore high durability over time. All Oly Connect FLOOR connectors are available in two heights allowing the construction of even very thin slabs by containing the thickness of the intervention to the maximum and thus reducing its invasiveness. The Olympus FLOOR system involves the use of several components: _ Reinforcement with preformed AR fiberglass mesh to reinforce the slab contributing to the distribution of stresses. The use of OLY MESH GLASS fiberglass netting allows for the use of extremely maneuverable and lightweight materials. _Dry connectors for collaborating slabs, to keep the thickness of the integrative slab to a minimum so as not to raise walking heights or reduce the useful height of rooms. _Pre-packaged lightweight concretes. _Stainless steel helical bars for perimeter connection.
