The TITONI SEAMLESS System combines the versatility of the ICON line with a fully integrated hidden sill design. Notable for its single-slot track configuration and removable finish floor, the SEAMLESS System allows easy future maintenance while providing an ultra-minimal frame appearance at the sill. This design enables seamless flooring transitions between interior and exterior spaces, making it the preferred solution where continuity of finish materials is desired.

The SEAMLESS System is capable of draining substantial volumes of rainwater, even under extreme conditions. It is distinguished by exceptional performance in watertightness testing and remains our best-selling system. The SEAMLESS integrates flawlessly with all other TITONI sliding door lines and provides versatility for installation in both warm and moderately cold climates and is engineered to accommodate 38mm (1-½”) and 54mm (2-⅛”) insulated glass.

- Vertical Interlock: slim ¾” thickness.
- Configurations: fixed window walls, sliding systems, pocketing, corner openings, curved designs, and other custom solutions.
Design & Operation:
- Integrated hidden sill with flush top track and side jambs for an ultra-minimal appearance.
- Stainless steel bearings mounted within the track system ensure effortless glide, even with oversized or heavy panels.
- Patent-pending horizontal bearings at the bottom corners guide the panels down the track centerline, eliminating lateral friction and enhancing long-term performance.
Certifications:
- NFRC certified, with a wide selection of Low-E coatings available in both double and triple glazing.
