ASSA ABLOY RR392 Rapid Roll High Speed Door

ASSA ABLOY RapidRoll high speed exterior doors significantly impact building sustainability, security and cosmetics. As the main barrier between the inside of the factory and the outside of the factory, exterior doors need to resist fierce weather conditions whilst providing reliability, security and cosmetic appeal.

Depending on the region and building design, the demand may be for the most modern insulation and material technology, hurricane-proof doors or special designer doors to highlight and accentuate the building facade. Exterior doors range in all sizes of weather-resistant fabric doors to solid burglar-resistant variations.

The ASSA ABLOY RR392 is ideally suited for heavily-used openings and adverse conditions in both external and internal areas. The door is weather-proof and provides resistance to heavy wind loads up to class 2 (EN 12424). The door‘s side frames and the top roll cover are made from anodised aluminium. The door curtain option can be chosen from PVC or heavy-duty RollTex® fabric.

Balancing and tensioning system provides smooth operation and controls door movement by adding constant tension to the door curtain
Control systems: ASSA ABLOY MCC frequency converter control system ensure smooth and dynamic motion.
Display unit with foil keys and graphical display is integrated in the side frame

Protection IP 55
Mains connections 3L/(N)/PE 380/400/415/440/480V, 50/60 Hz²
Safety features: Electrical safety contact edge and a door line photocell
The door is designed according to the Workplace Directive of the UVV regulations and the harmonized CE Guidelines including the EN 13241-1.
