Air conditioning and ventilation systems with heat recovery

The CLIMA unit is designed for air conditioning applications and features an inlet for primary air intake and an inlet for air recirculation from indoor spaces. It can be installed on the ceiling or on the wall.

The CLIMA unit is available in different sizes:

CLIMA 2 - Up to 2.3 kW cooling capacity and 2.5 kW heating capacity
CLIMA 3 - Up to 3.3 kW cooling capacity and 3.8 kW heating capacity
CLIMA 4 - Up to 4.0 kW cooling capacity and 4.4 kW heating capacity
CLIMA 6 - Up to 5.1 kW cooling capacity and 5.6 kW heating capacity

The main features of the air conditioning unit are:

• nominal airflow from 350 to 1000 m³/h, with an available external static pressure of 100 Pa
• low noise levels
• low energy consumption
• compact dimensions
• easy access for inspection and maintenance
• both vertical and horizontal installation
• single-zone control system with fan modulation, or multi-zone control system with modulation of both the fan and zone dampers

Opis

STRUCTURE
Self-supporting galvanized sheet metal structure with internal closed-cell acoustic and thermal insulation. Designed for installation inside buildings, CLIMA units are equipped with metal brackets for ceiling mounting, but they can also be installed on the wall thanks to a double ABS condensate drain tray for condensate collection and discharge.
VENTILATION
Forward-curved centrifugal recirculation fan with electronic control and double inlet. Low-speed fan. Motorized shut-off damper on the recirculation air circuit.
FILTRATION
Flat Coarse filter according to ISO 16890 (G4 EN 779) on the recirculation air circuit.
AIR TREATMENT
2-row copper-aluminium water-to-air heat exchange coil with a large frontal surface area, designed to provide high heat exchange capacity with low air velocity and minimal pressure drops. Standard hydraulic connections are located on the left-hand side, when viewing the unit from above in the direction of the airflow.
CONTROL
On-board electrical panel mounted on the left-hand side of the unit, complete with electronic control board and terminal block for electrical connections.
Microprocessor with integrated control software for full system management: fan speed modulation according to the difference between the measured and set temperatures, management of the recirculation damper, and control of the coil water valve.
