Opis

Application, following instructions provided by supplier, 2 mm of elastic and flexible, cementitious waterproof membrane (single component) MasterSeal 6100 FX from BASF (or analogous). Physical properties of the product: Density of mixed material (EN 1015-6): < 1,3 g/cm3 Water vapour permeability (EN ISO 7783-1,2): Sd < 2 m (2mm thickness) CO2 permeability (EN 1062 – 6): Sd > 100 m (2mm thickness) Capillary water absorption (EN 1062-3): w < 0,05 kg/m2 h0.5 Water pressure resistance (positive EN 12390-8) ≥ 5,0 bar Water pressure resistance (negative UNI 8298-8) ≥ 1,0 bar Crack bridging (static EN 1062 – 7 (A)): ≥ A4 (23ºC); ≥ A3 (-10ºC) Crack bridging (dynamic EN 1062 – 7 (B): ≥ B3.1 (23ºC); ≥ B3.1 (-10ºC) Crack bridging (without weathering) ≥ 2,0 mm (23ºC); ≥ 0,6 mm (-10ºC) Adhesion to concrete (EN 1542): ≥ 2.0 N/mm2 Adhesion to concrete after freeze-thaw cycling (EN 13687-1): ≥ 1,7 N/mm2 Impact resistance (EN ISO 6272): ≥ 5 Nm Abrasion resistance (EN ISO 5470-1): < 1200 mg Ammonia emission first 15 minutes (EN ISO 16000-9:2006-9): ≤ 5 mg/m3
