The grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a 6 × 6 mm mesh is available on request. The grille is equipped with a grounding clamp. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness of 60 to 80 microns.

Dimensions The blade pitch is 20 mm, the built-in depth is 29 mm and the frame flange measures 21 mm. The minimum production size is 100 × 100 mm. Fixing The grille is supplied with wall anchors no. 418. For smaller dimensions, spring clips no. 419 can be provided on request. Grilles with a surface area greater than 3 m² require a supporting reinforcement structure. The frame flange can be supplied with screw holes in a standard pattern for visible front-side mounting on request. Options Available options include a water channel, removable insect mesh, counter frame, filter, version without flange and the ST-415 frame grille. Typical applications This grille is commonly used in medium-voltage cabins and IT rooms.
