The heavy-duty built-in grille with V-blades is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm; stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm is available on request. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm; stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm is available on request. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a thickness between 60 and 80 microns. Dimensions The blade pitch is 66 mm, the built-in depth is 82 mm and the frame flange measures 50 mm. The minimum production dimensions are 300 × 310 mm. Fixing The grille is supplied with wall anchors no. 429. For grilles larger than 3 m², a supporting reinforcement structure must be provided. On request, the frame flange can be supplied with screw holes in a standard pattern for visible front-side mounting. Options Available options include a water channel, removable insect mesh, filter, version without flange and a frame grille on request. Typical applications This type of grille is used in applications requiring high strength, excellent anti-intrusion characteristics and superior water resistance. It is suitable for electrical cabins, HVAC installations and situations where no visibility through the grille is desired.
