The heavy-duty built-in grille with high airflow capacity is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns. Dimensions The blade pitch is 50 mm, the built-in depth is 46 mm and the frame flange measures 40 mm. The minimum production dimensions are 150 × 150 mm. Fixing The grille is supplied with wall anchors no. 1428. For grilles larger than 3 m², a supporting reinforcement structure must be provided. On request, the frame flange can be supplied with screw holes in a standard pattern for visible front-side mounting. Options Available options include a water channel, removable insect mesh, filter, version without flange and the 484 window grille.
