The heavy-duty frame grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a 6 × 6 mm mesh is available on request. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

Material The heavy-duty frame grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a 6 × 6 mm mesh is available on request. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns. Dimensions The blade pitch is 50 mm and the clamping width can be supplied in 24 or 28 mm. The minimum production dimensions are 220 × 220 mm. When ordering, the total dimensions, width × height in millimetres, must be specified. Fixing The grille is installed in the same manner as double glazing and is clamped into the window frame. Options Available options include a water channel, removable insect mesh, a filter and a closable version type ST-484-VA based on the ST-414-VA mechanism.
