ASSA ABLOY OH1042F fully balanced Glazed Sectional door (with intermediate vertical mullions) extends life expectancy and delivers quick, efficient manual override system. Extruded natural anodised aluminium frame. Optimised panel joint for even load distribution minimising impact stress of panel hinges and facilitates a tight seal throughout the life cycle of the door. Glazing system with butyl ensures unbroken seal for maximum weather resistance.

Door panels:
44mm thick high strength extruded natural aluminium framing bars with varying depths of 450mm/700mm
545 mm deep bottom panel, process laminated steel panels with internal steel bands positioned to ensure proper fixation of hinges and roller brackets throughout the products life span. CFC free insulation giving an optimum panel u value of 0.4 W/m² K
Panel design incorporates an external diamond profile steel skin for additional strength and aesthetic appearance with glossy finnish at the section joints. Bottom profile equipped with oil resistant EPDM triple lip rubber seal to mimimize leakage.

Finish as delivered: Natural Anodised Silver Aluminium or Factory applied paint finish to the external face of door frames and bottom panels in RAL XXXX

Activation and control system:
CDM9, 240 volt (0.37kw), single phase operator with a constant door speed of 0,25m/s . Incorporating soft start & stop, torque resistance monitor that detects obstructions to the door movement and low level pull cord for conversion to manual operation in the event of a power failure.


Motor controlled by a ECS 950 panel, IP55 rated with upgrading functionality for future needs. Door operated via a flush 3 push button system with single impulse, up and down operation and stop and pneumatic return safety edge interface. Control panel to incorporate a maintenance interval indicator, cycle counter and on board diagnostics and with a stand by power consumption of less than 16W. Control panel facilitating incorporation of dock leveler and shelter operation.
