BE-25 Aluminium Balcony and Terrace Glazing System

Application:
The BE-25 system by Morad is a modern solution for external glazing of balconies and terraces that do not require heating. It provides protection against weather conditions, reduces noise and increases the comfort of balcony use. The sliding system allows free adjustment of the opening degree while maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the building facade.

Construction and materials:
· Aluminium profiles: Providing lightness and durability, corrosion resistance and aesthetic finish.
· Accessories: Made of high-quality plastics and stainless steel, ensuring durability and weather resistance.

Glazing:
· Upper section: 6 mm tempered glass.
· Lower section: Tempered laminated glass 44.2 (two 4 mm glass panes with two PVB interlayers), providing high impact resistance and safety.

Functionality:
· Sliding system: Four-track rail allows installation of up to 8 panels (4 per side), enabling flexible space management.
· Weather tightness: Vertical sash profiles and dedicated seals protect against wind and rain, with a built-in drainage system preventing water accumulation.
· Security: System equipped with locking pins openable only from the inside, providing burglar protection and preventing panels from sliding under wind pressure.

Colours:
Aluminium profiles available in the full RAL colour palette, anodised and powder-coated versions. Wood-effect and decorative coatings are available, allowing the system to match the building facade.
