PD40 Half Round Pad Style Snow Guard

The PD40 is a popular pad-style snow guard for installation during new construction of Composition (Asphalt) Shingle and specific Synthetic Shake/Slate roofs < ⅜” thickness. Featuring a 6 ½” strap and a robust riveted "fish head" pad design, the PD40 installs directly to the roof deck, securing the roofing material above the nail line. Available in numerous premium materials and Kynar® pre-painted finishes, this snow guard minimizes the risk of damaging snow and ice avalanches.
