Since 1952, when it was established, Incepa has been driven by innovation. This makes it one of the largest companies in Parana and one of the most traditional in the business of ceramics in Brazil.
When it became part of the Roca Group, in 1999, it went on to share the most advanced technologies, with productions developed in various parts of the world, as well as the assimilation of new, simple and revolutionary solutions such as water savings, which shows the great interest of the group in adapting to environmental issues and in producing products responsible for the planet. Another innovation brought by the Roca Group is the high investment in design, including a new dedicated center for developments in this area, the Roca Design Center in Barcelona.
It presents complete solutions through coordinated floor-wall products, in addition to the brand differential such as Flat Edge, Dry Joints, Tuttomassa, ABS, porcelain tile for pool.
Nowadays, with over 65 years of tradition, Incepa employs more than 1,000 workers at its three factories, two in Campo Largo and one in São Mateus do Sul, Paraná, offering to the market over two thousand products, and releasing around 100 new ones every year.
Approximately 20% of the production of flooring and wall tiles annually manufactured by Incepa are for export to various countries across the five continents, especially the United States.
