Wind Warranty

The 20-Year, 120 MPH Perma-Tite Wind Warranty is available on orders to meet a project's specification. It provides a maximum of 20 years, 120 MPH coverage for the repair or replacement of any portion of the roof edge system that has failed due to a defect in Metal-Era supplied materials.

Finish Warranty

• 30-Year Kynar 500® Finish Warranty is included on coil-coated standard colors.
• Custom post-coated Kynar 500® colors are available with an included 10-Year Kynar 500® Finish Warranty or a 20-Year Kynar 500® Finish Warranty is available upon request.
• Anodized finishes come with a 5-year warranty (no warranty available for coil anodized finishing; Post-coat/Class 1 Batch Anodized is available with a 5-year warranty with an option to increase to a 10-year warranty for an upcharge).

• A full, snap-on design in 12'-0" lengths with no crimping make for quick installation and low labor costs.
• Pre-punched fastening holes ensure proper attachment to the building substrate.
• Corrosion resistant, stainless steel springs are factory attached to the anchor clips and provide long-term, positive spring loading.
• No adhesives are required.
• Factory fabricated miters provide a cleaner, more aesthetically pleasing appearance. This eliminates the need for field fabrication, providing time and labor savings.
• 12" wide, 20 ga. spring clips provide a more positive attachment ensuring extra stability for the system. 16 ga saddle is factory-applied to the anchor clip to accommodate application over EIFS, brick, or panels. All splice plates and fasteners are also included and will arrive at the job site with the product.
• Its 8" wide concealed splice plates (with non-curing isocryl butyle sealant strips) allow for thermal movement of materials and provides a watertight seal at all joints.
• Radius and specially fabricated products are available to meet the unique needs of each project.
