Rebated system with a basic depth of 82 mm

Rebate gasket system with the following design features:

• Frame profiles made of good-quality, high-resistance rigid PVC
• 7-chamber construction with galvanised steel reinforcements
• Glazing and rebate gaskets made from weld-on EPDM, flush-fitted to the profile, UV and weather-resistant, silver-grey
• 52 mm glazing thickness possible without the use of additional glazing rebate extensions. 
• 20 mm rebate on the room side between the vent frame and frame edge; vent overlap is 6 mm outside, 8 mm inside, glass edge
• cover is 20 mm, all profile edges are rounded

• Outer frame, mullion, transom: 82 mm
• Vent frame: 82 mm

Profile face widths:

• Outer frame: 70, 80, 100 mm
• Mullion/transom: 92, 112 mm
• Vent frame, window (outside view): 40, 50, 77 mm
• Leaf frame, side entrance door (outside view): 77 mm
• Leaf frame, entrance door (outside view): 92 mm
• Meeting stile profile: 58, 74 mm
• Leaf mid rail: 72 mm
