Custom-made industrial sectional overhead door with 40 mm insulated panels. Suits all internal and external configurations in buildings, warehouses and commercial premises.

Specifikation

Industrial sectional overhead door, made to measure, compliant with EN 13241-1. Panel: 40 mm insulated panels formed of two galvanised steel skins filled with polyurethane foam. Glazed sections or windows can be inserted. Guidance: vertical tracks made to measure, galvanised steel tracks and hardware, tandem rollers, perimeter lip seals for thermal insulation. Balancing: hardened steel springs rated for 20,000 cycles, with 50,000 and 100,000 cycle versions available. Spring and cable safety devices, spring-break devices. Lift type and spring position, front or rear, depend on available headroom. Maximum dimensions: 7,000 x 6,000 mm. Minimum lintel drop: 215 mm. Thermal transmittance: U = 0.51 W/sq m.K. Operation: manual by winch or pull cord, or motorised by geared motor at 230 V single phase or 400 V three phase, in hold-to-run, automatic or variable speed mode. Options: infrared light curtain giving full-height protection up to 2,500 mm, pre-fitted into the vertical tracks and clear of the floor, integrated or adjacent wicket door. Finishes: Stucco ribbed or micro-ribbed panels, RAL colour chart. Made to measure in France.
