The heavy-duty built-in grille with large blade pitch is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns. Dimensions The blade pitch is 75 mm, the built-in depth is 60 mm and the frame flange measures 25 mm. The minimum production dimensions are 300 × 300 mm. Fixing The grille is supplied with wall anchors no. 429. For grilles with a surface area greater than 3 m², a supporting reinforcement structure must be provided. On request, the frame flange can be supplied with screw holes in a standard pattern for visible front-side mounting. Options Available options include a water channel, drip blade, stainless steel insect mesh 304 with mesh sizes 2.3 × 2.3 mm, 10 × 10 mm, 20 × 20 mm or without mesh, stainless steel mesh 316, removable insect mesh, a filter and a version without flange. Typical applications This grille is suitable for industrial and commercial applications where a larger blade pitch is required.
