500i Series Insulated Rolling Fire Door

ASTA AMERICA 500i SERIES INSULATED ROLLING FIRE DOOR is designed and manufactured for use on openings where a fire-rated and insulated door is required. The 500i Series Insulated Rolling Fire Door is provided in 3” – 22, 20, or 18-gauge flat front slats with a 24-gauge steel backer slat and semi-rigid mineral wool insulation for high-temperature industrial applications. It offers an R-Value of 4.7 for improved thermal performance. This fire door mounts to steel, concrete, masonry block (filled or hollow), and is available in sizes up to 30’ wide and 24’ high (not to exceed 600 square feet). The 500i Series is manufactured to the highest standards, featuring space-saving designs with user-friendly operation. The fail-safe operating system is activated by fusible links, smoke detectors, or can be wired to a central alarm system by one of our release devices.

Fire Ratings: 45 minute, 1-1/2 hour, and 3 hour.
Automatic Closing Devices: XP, XPBB, AFCB.
Detection and Activation Device: Smoke Detector, 165° Fusible Links, Horn and Speaker Strobe, and Heat Detector
can be added to the building central alarm system or stand alone with a closing device.
Optional Mounting: Between Jamb under lintel (fascia required) and Between Jamb above lintel.
Smoke Seal: Perimeter seal in accordance with UL 1784 to reduce smoke and air infiltration through the door opening.
Weatherstrip: Flame Baffle and Jamb Seal helps prevent smoke infiltration through the header and jamb.
High Cycle Springs: Available in 50,000 cycles and 100,000 cycles.
