Flex Lite - Economical Flexible Structural Framing

Flex Lite is the economical alternative to Flex-C Trac. Manufactured in an economical fashion, Flex Lite has been designed for curved framing applications where lateral loads are not an issue and where the higher quality of Flex-C Trac is not needed.
Use Flex Lite to frame curved walls, ceilings and soffits. Go on. Be creative. With Flex Lite is is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
First, bend the track or angle to the desired position. The pivotal sections make it easy to create your curve.
Second, secure the track with screws. Once you've curved the track to the desired shape, the securing screws hold the track rigid.
Finally, fasten the track or angle to the floor or ceiling. This solid span of steel provides for a strong, solid installation.
Flex Lite's minimum outside radius is 15".

• Structural Grade 80
With 18 Gauge and 16 Gauge Track & Angle:
• The specifications for strap are the same as the channel with 18 gauge and 16 gauge thickness.
