Chief Impact™ Floor Standing Kiosk

The Chief Impact™ Floor Standing Kiosk is a self-contained, free-standing enclosure that turns a commercial flat panel into a permanent public-facing kiosk without requiring a wall or ceiling structure. The steel-framed cabinet wraps the display on all sides, and its depth-adjustable exterior frame is built to fit a range of display depths so the same kiosk chassis can be re-used as screen models change over time. Reversible hinges let the frame door swing open from either side for service access, and because the display stays attached to the frame while the door is open, technicians can service cabling and components without detaching or re-mounting the screen itself.

Inside, tool-free removable storage panels give installers a place to route and secure a media player, PC, or signal extender, and integrated passive cooling keeps electronics within safe operating temperatures without a powered fan. The cabinet includes internal knockouts sized for electrical and low-voltage junction boxes plus roughly 2RU of internal rack space, along with external cable pathway knockouts so power and data can be routed cleanly to the base. A keyed locking mechanism secures the cabinet against tampering, which matters in the open floor environments this kiosk is designed for.

The mounting interface inside the frame supports VESA patterns from 200 x 200 mm up to 600 x 600 mm depending on the specific kiosk model and screen size selected, and kiosks are available in both landscape and portrait orientation to match the content being displayed. Finish options include black and white cabinet colors, and an optional protective glass overlay is available for installations in higher-traffic or higher-risk public areas. The line is UL Listed, and select SKUs are TAA compliant, making them suitable for U.S. government and federally funded projects.

Because the Impact Floor Kiosk stands independently in open floor space, it is most often specified for digital signage and wayfinding in retail stores, corporate lobbies, transportation hubs, hospitality venues, and education facilities — anywhere a screen needs to be positioned away from a wall, in the middle of a room, or at an entrance, while still being fully enclosed and vandal-resistant.
