Parex Standard WaterMaster LCR EIFS

Standard WaterMaster LCR is our base drainage EIF system. Like Standard EIFS, this system offers the base level of benefits available in EIFS; energy efficiency, light weight, versatile design, and economical installation. The EPS Foam is mechanically attached. Along with these features Standard WaterMaster LCR includes the use of a water-resistive barrier and drainage for incidental moisture. These two features deliver an improved level of moisture protection over classic EIF systems. This is achieved through the use of stucco wrap water resistive barriers which provides both drainage and acts as a water-resistive barrier and is mechanically attached.
