Parex Optimum WaterMaster LCR EIFS

Optimum WaterMaster LCR is our premium base drainage EIF system. Like Standard WaterMaster EIFS, this system offers the base level of benefits found in a classic EIF system and the superior moisture protection found in a base drainage system. However, Optimum WaterMaster LCR EIFS makes use of a premium base coat & adhesive as well as premium finish. The use of these two components allows Parex to back this system with an improved warranty and ensure that your building maintains its aesthetic appeal for a longer duration.
