Expo™ 45 Acoustic Panel

The Expo^TM Forty-Five Panel is the ultimate synergy between acoustical technology and architectural panel design using an optimal binary pattern of round perforations. They are available in a high recycled content, ULEF, Class A fire-rated ULEF, and FSC^®certified wood panel MDF core with an optional black fleece backer. The Expo^TM Forty-Five Panel achieves an excellent balance of sound absorption across the NRC frequency bands while preserving the space’s ambiance with high-frequency diffusion.

Features

Up to NRC=0.80 and SAA=0.80.
Offers absorption and reflection in a beautiful millwork finish.
Available in custom sizes up to 5′ W x 12′ L.
Choose from any commercially available wood veneers, laminates or paint colors.
Decorative and easy to install with z-clips and z-bars for wall mounting.
Can be integrated with several styles of HD T-grid for ceiling installation.
Panels are available in a high recycled, ULEF, FSC® and Class A Fire-Rated MDF core.

规格

Finish - Unfinished, veneer with lacquer, veneer with custom stain or colored lacquer. Standard species include Alder, Anigre, Ash, Birch, Cherry, Mahogany, Maple, Poplar, Red Oak, Walnut and White Oak. Custom species may be available on request.

Installation - Mounting options for the Expo^TM Forty-Five Panel include wall systems (Z-clips, direct screw attached), either surface mounted or with a variety of cavity depths starting at 1-3/4" total system depth, or ceilings systems (Torsion Springs for downward access, RPG C-clips for lift and shift access, direct screw attached) and options for 15/16" HD T-grid supplied by others.
