At low moisture levels, even small deviations can impact product quality, yield, and safety. Common processes such as opening doors or airlocks and load changes require stable signals. In this environment, a “frozen” or heavily averaged output during auto-calibration can create process blind spots. The TDS501 is designed to provide continuous dew point data down to -70 °C Td (-94 °F Td), enabling reliable process mapping 24/7 and supporting efficient dehumidification control.
