Custom-made automatic non-protruding up-and-over door for communal garages. 24 V brushless drive with brake, light curtain integrated into the posts and a fully customisable panel.

Automatic up-and-over door for communal garages and car parks in intensive use. Drive: 24 V brushless motor with brake, slowdown at the end of opening and closing, panel held in the raised position. Safety: light curtain integrated into the posts, detection over 1,800 mm in height. Strap counterweight with patented rocker system. Control: multifunction electronic board, three-indicator board for visual identification of operation and faults. Signalling: three low-consumption flashing lights and two LED zone lights integrated into the posts. Maximum dimensions: 5,700 x 2,900 mm. Maximum area: 12 sq m. Duty cycle: up to 1,000 cycles per 24 hours. Panel infills: smooth sheet, smooth sheet with recessed joints, perforated sheet, 40 mm insulated panels, SAFIR louvres, 20 x 20 mesh, bars, timber, laser cutting, Baro panel, Aéro panel with low, high, full or mixed ventilation.
