The closable frame grille with V-blades is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm is available on request. The finish is available in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

Dimensions The blade pitch is 20 mm and the flange width can be supplied in 24, 28 or 32 mm. The minimum production dimensions are 200 × 130 mm. When ordering, the total dimensions, width × height in millimetres, must be specified as the overmeasure. The grille can be combined with closable units of 100, 130 and 150 mm or with an insulated aluminium access door type 415/D up to a maximum size of 400 × 400 mm. Operating options Each module can be equipped with one operating mechanism: a rotary knob (standard), rod control, cord control or motorised operation. Typical applications This grille is suitable for classrooms where adjustable ventilation is required.
