Knauf ceiling systems consist of a suspended or directly anchored grid that is clad using gypsum boards. Knauf boards are fixed with screws to a metal grid made of carrying and furring channels (double layer profile) made of sheet metal profiles CD 60/27 or hat-shaped channels. Anchoring of the CD channels is undertaken with suspenders on the basic ceiling; hat-shaped channels are anchored directly onto the basic ceiling.
