Københagen Outstanding is a Danish brand of urban furniture. Minimalism, functionality, the highest possible quality and the respect towards humanity and the environment are the core values of our design philosophy. We do not just manufacture outdoor furniture but we would like to make urban spaces more convenient and functional, more accessible and inclusive, more sustainable and greener and simply more enjoyable for the people.

Our Story

The Københagen Outstanding outdoor furniture were inspired by the city that has been ranked as one of the best cities to live in for many years running: Copenhagen! The city is the unlimited source of inspiration on how to design the public space to make it more inclusive, more convenient and more functional for the city dwellers. And we know it from experience as Copenhagen is the home city of the founders of our company.

High-quality and Sustainable Materials

Our recipe for the durable high-end products are the highest quality materials. All our lines are designed in three main materials: impregnated larchwood, impregnated oakwood and powder coated steel. We only use wood from sustainable sources. The paints and impregnates are safe for the environment and non-toxic. All the used materials are environment-friendly and used in a respectful way.

Durability and Longevity

Thanks to the high-quality materials and meticulous production process, we manufacture the products that can stand the test of time. The furniture construction is durable, sturdy and can withstand the harsh weather conditions and heavy use. We draw attention to the tiniest details, for example all the construction and joint elements are hidden or covered to meet our high aesthetic standards.

We are constantly developing and improving our production and management systems to meet the quality and sustainability norms. Our factory is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 standards. We care to prevent unnecessary waste in the production circle. We choose only the highest quality, sustainable materials and create only the long-lasting products of timeless design which do not need to be replaced after just a few years.
