The high-capacity frame grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. The finish can be supplied in natural or bronze anodised (20 microns) or powder-coated in any RAL, Sikkens, NCS or Interpon colour with a coating thickness between 60 and 80 microns.

Material The high-capacity frame grille is manufactured from aluminium profiles AlMgSi 0.5 according to EN 12020-2. It is supplied as standard with stainless steel insect mesh 304 with a mesh size of 2.3 × 2.3 mm, while stainless steel wire mesh 304 with a mesh size of 6 × 6 mm is available on request. Dimensions The blade pitch is 60 mm and the standard flange width is 24 mm; flange widths from 8 to 50 mm are available on request. The minimum production dimensions are 385 × 385 mm. When ordering, the total dimensions, width × height in millimetres, must be specified. Fixing The grille is installed in the same manner as double glazing and is clamped into the frame. Options Available options include a water channel, removable insect mesh and a filter. Typical applications This grille is suitable for applications requiring high airflow capacity.
