Morterplas SBS FM 3 kg is an SBS elastomeric bitumen waterproofing membrane with polyester felt (FP) reinforcement and a thermo fusible film finish on both sides.

Non-trafficable roofs without heavy protection: two-layer application as the bottom layer of the system with mechanical fastening. This application is especially recommended for Deck roofs and rehabilitation.
Roofs with heavy trafficable or non-trafficable protection: adhered application, floating or with mechanical fastening forming two-layer membranes. The sheets should always be adhered to each other.
Morterplas SBS FM 3 kg can be applied as a sheet to ensure watertightness in buried structures.
