Mixer

A mixer is a device for producing a mixture of synthetic air from a selectable Oxygen concentration between 21 and 22.5% (with a variation of ± 5% of the selected value) and a concentration of Nitrogen between 79 and 77.5% by gases whose purity has been defined by the European Pharmacopoeia.

Specifikim

System designed for the on site production of medical air from oxygen and nitrogen, whose purity is defined by the pharmacopoeia. Its principle of operation is based on: - A pneumatic expansion and injection system. Provides: - Safety: important variations in the percentage of the mixture produced give way to supply through the emergency supply source. - Accuracy: slight variations in the percentage of the mixture produced are quickly corrected by the additional injection of O2 or N2. - Reliability: the minimum quarterly periodic control guarantees its correct operation. - A continuous analysis of the mixture. - A regulation device.
