ARDEX WPM 270 - Solvent Based Primer

A clear solvent-based primer designed to seal and improve the adhesion of dense or highly porous substrates.

Highly penetrating – ideal for porous substrates
Heavy duty sealer – suitable for dense concrete (>30MPa)
Rapid drying
Low viscosity binder that seals absorbent substrates and penetrates dust
Can be used to prime external walls for façade membranes

Substrates:

Fibre-cement sheet (wet area grade) concrete
Marine plywood
Renders and screeds
Masonry/concrete blocks
