ASSA ABLOY RP150 High Speed Door for Oxygen Reduction Systems

Oxygen reductions systems (ORS) are being increasingly used as active fire protection, as opposed to the more traditional, passive solutions such as sprinkler systems. To maintain integrity, ORS require an effective barrier to support active fire prevention. For such systems in automated warehouses and material handling facilities, the ASSA ABLOY RP150 is an ideal solution.

This compact, airtight high-speed door is specifically designed to meet ORS requirements. With fast speed and short cycle times to increase product flow and process productivity, it delivers on the performance, efficiency and reliability you expect from ASSA ABLOY.

- Opening / closing speed: max 1.2/0.5 m/s
- Standard supply voltage:
  - A) DCC50: 1N 110V-240V +/- 10% 50-60Hz 1,9kVA
  - B) DCC55: 3N 200V-400V 50/60Hz 4Kva
- Standard safety devices:
  - A) DH > 1370 mm, light curtain in side frame H = 1089mm, beam distance 117 mm
  - B) DH < 1370 mm, 2 couple of photocell, 300 mm and 600 mm
- Wind load resistance, EN12424 – Class 1
- Air permeability, EN-12426 - Class 3 over pressure, Class 2 under pressure
- Insulated polyfoam (1300 g/m2)
- Vision panel or transparent vision strip (optional)
- Options to add:
  - A) Speed: Up to 2.3 m/s / max. closing 0.5 m/s
  - B) 2 pcs of safety limit switches (Schmersal) for signal "door safely closed"
