PRO-COM^® High Build Primer-Surfacer is an ultra-low VOC interior drywall primer and surfacer designed to efficiently transform a properly finished Level 4 drywall surface to Level 5 in a single application. It can be used in lieu of a skim coat to achieve a Level 5 finish and provide a smooth surface ready for topcoats.
