EcoReadyBath is a European manufacturer of prefabricated, ready-to-install bathroom pods for residential, hotel, student accommodation and care projects.
We combine design, engineering, BIM coordination, manufacturing, quality control and delivery within one integrated process. By moving a significant part of bathroom construction from the building site to a controlled factory environment, we help project teams reduce on-site complexity, coordinate interfaces earlier and achieve greater consistency in quality and programme delivery.
EcoReadyBath bathroom pods are developed around each project's specific requirements. Architectural layouts, pod dimensions, service shafts, drainage, MEP interfaces, finishes, accessibility requirements, transport and installation strategy are coordinated before series production begins.
This early-stage coordination is particularly important in prefabrication. Pod geometry, structural openings, shafts and technical connections are closely interdependent, and decisions made during design directly affect production, logistics and installation.
Our bathroom pods are manufactured using a steel-based construction system in controlled factory conditions. This enables repeatable production processes, systematic quality control, and fewer trades and interfaces to manage on site.
BIM is an integral part of the EcoReadyBath design process. Architects, BIM coordinators and MEP designers can use our BIM resources to assess the integration of prefabricated bathrooms early and coordinate key spatial and technical interfaces before they become fixed constraints.
A configurable EcoReadyBath bathroom pod BIM model is available to download on BIMobject, providing a practical starting point for testing pod dimensions, layout, service zones and integration within the building model. The downloadable model represents an example solution; final bathroom pods are developed and coordinated specifically for each project.
EcoReadyBath supports projects from early feasibility and design development through BIM coordination, mock-up approval, series production, quality control and delivery.
Prefab does not remove project complexity. It allows more of it to be resolved earlier, before it reaches the construction site.
