Vetonit Vetofill CG550 - Professional-Grade & Cementitious Non Sanded Tile Grout

Vetofill CG550 is an improved cementitious tile grout with characteristics of reduced water adsorption and high abrasion resistance. The product is polymer-modified, cement-based, professional-grade, and water-resistant & can be used with most types of tiles (including ceramic, porcelain, glass mosaic, marble, granite, etc). Vetofill CG550 is composed of a blend of cement, special additives, selected fillers, and polymers. Once mixed with water, it becomes an easily workable creamy mortar.

The system comprises:

• Layer 1: Substrate - Concrete Slab
• Layer 2: Tile Adhesive - Vetoset CA549 - Professional Multipurpose Grade Adhesive to work with Large Tile Format and Multiple Types of Tiles (2-6mm)
• Layer 3: Tiles - Ceramic Tiles, Natural Stones, Porcelain, Glass Mosaic, Marble, Granite
• Layer 4: Tile Grout - Vetofill CG550 - Professional-grade & cementitious tile grout (2-10mm)

Uses:

• Grouting of wall and floor joints subjected to a varying range of dry or humid conditions.
• Filling tile joints virtually all types of tiles between 2mm up to 10mm gaps.
• Commercial and residential buildings such as shopping malls, office buildings, palaces, and mansions.
• Wet areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and swimming pools.
• Filling glass block joints
