Watts LOCKSMITH™ CLS‑125 Series simplex water softening systems are high‑efficiency, conventional cation exchange water softeners designed for point‑of‑use or point‑of‑entry applications where softened water is required. Featuring the Watts LOCKSMITH™ control valve, these systems exchange scale‑forming calcium and magnesium ions with non‑scale‑forming sodium ions to produce soft water for a wide range of applications.

Each system utilizes a high‑capacity ion exchange resin housed in a non‑corrosive fiberglass mineral tank with a thermoplastic inner liner. The corrosion‑resistant control valve is operated by an electronic controller that stores key operational history accessible to the user. Metered, demand‑initiated regeneration ensures the system regenerates only when necessary, helping save time, water, and salt. CLS‑125 systems are available in multiple tank sizes and resin capacities to support varying flow requirements.
