R-Panel Roof Insulation

Johns Manville ENRGY 3 is a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam-core roof insulation board faced on both sides with a coated organic felt facer, offering a high R-value to keep buildings well insulated from the elements. ENRGY 3 delivers high R-value per inch in built-up, modified bitumen, metal roof, and single-ply roof systems and is approved for direct application to steel decks.

The product meets ASTM C1289 Type II, Class 1, Grade 2 (20 psi) and is available in flat or tapered boards in thicknesses from 0.5" to 4.1" and board sizes of 4×4 ft and 4×8 ft. A 25 psi (Grade 3) variant is also available. ENRGY 3 is the workhorse roof polyiso in JM's commercial-roofing lineup.
