Waterproofing and protection system based on Xolutec technology for wastewater facilities and harsh chemical industrial environments.

Primer: MasterSeal P 770. Special primer for MasterSeal M membranes applied on mineral (dry or humid) substrates.

Membrane: MasterSeal M 790. Two-component crack bridging membrane with high chemical resistance.

    Specification
    • Application of 1 coat with minimum total approximate thickness of 0,2 (or 0,3) mm of two-component, Xolutec based primer MasterSeal P 770, from Master Builders Solutions (or analogous) followed by application of 2 (3) coats with minimum total approximate thickness of 0.8 (1.2) mm of the two-component Xolutec based waterproofing membrane MasterSeal M 790 from Master Builders Solutions (or analogous).

      Physical properties of the product:

Impermeability to water under pressure (+ side): ≥ 5 bar

Impermeability to water under pressure (- side): ≥ 1,5 bar

      Capillary water absorption (EN 1062-3): ≤ 0.1 kg/m²/h0.5

Permeability to water vapour (EN ISO 7783-1, EN ISO 7783-2): Sd ≥ 120 m (0,8 mm thickness)

Permeability to carbon dioxide (EN 1062-6): Sd ≥ 200 m (0,8 mm thickness)

      Abrasion resistance (EN ISO 5470-1 - Taber H22, 1000 g, 1000 c): ≤ 200 mg

Impact resistance (EN ISO 6271-1): ≥ 20 Nm

      Adhesion to concrete (EN 1542): ≥ 2,5 N/mm2

      Adhesion to concrete after freeze-thaw cycling (EN 13687-1): ≥ 2,5 N/mm2

      Crack bridging (EN 1062-7 A- Static): ≥ A3 (+23ºC); ≥ A2 (0ºC); ≥ A2 (-10ºC)

      Crack bridging (EN 1062-7 B - Dynamic): ≥ B3.1 (+23ºC); ≥ B2 (-10ºC)

Resistance to biogenic acid corrosion (after an accelerated 72 weeks period equivalent to 11 to 14 years period in real sewer system):

      - No significant change in tensile strength and permeability.

      - Adhesion tests show cohesive failure on concrete substrate.
