VANTAGE® CTHN negative pressure infrared heaters deliver custom, efficient heating options without the custom price tag. Multi-burner heater layout allows for up to 16 burners per system, covering 1.6 million Btu/h. Heaters are also available in unitary configuration, but utilizing multi-burner systems reduces building penetrations and installation cost pairing multiple burners per pump.

Various zoning options based on controller type are available. Basic operation allows up to two zones, but this controller will not provide feedback on operating conditions or prompt system to post-purge products of combustion from the system. Alternatively, the CORAYVAC® Heating Control allows up to four zones and provides operating feedback conditions. Feedback conditions include power indication for pump and zones with pressure switch and lights. Lastly, added safety and piece of mind, System Control includes two minute post purge, allowing products of combustion to be exhausted outside the building.

Based on the type of layout and the desired heating area, multiple different burner inputs can be paired within the same system layout. Suggested design layouts are shown below.

Input (Btu/h) * (1000): 40, 60, 80, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200

Gas-fired low-intensity infrared tube heaters are an extremely efficient and high comfort heating solution. Low-intensity tube heaters provide more design flexibility than any other type of infrared heater with the ability to direct heat only where needed in spot heating applications. Or designed to heat and maintain high comfort levels for an entire space, including buildings with high ceilings.

Gas-fired low intensity infrared tube heaters are ideal for applications such as: loading docks (dock doors), auto/vehicle repair shops, warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing, airplane hangars, high heat-loss areas, greenhouses (e.g. flowers, cannabis, etc...), firehouses, outdoor patios (hospitality), chicken houses, hog houses, horse barns, military, and more!
