IVAR POLIFEMO® cod. 520150: Spherical crystal polyphosphate and silicate doser with integrated safety filter to protect the system from limescale and corrosion. To be installed vertically or horizontally on the cold water pipe upstream of the domestic hot water producer (boiler, water heater, etc.) or upstream of the appliance to be protected (washing machine, dishwasher). Chemical compounds proportionally dosed thanks to the calibrated consumption of the spheres according to the quantity of water that passes through the component. Float with refill indicator for cartridge replacement. Threaded body in chromed brass CW617N, glass in Grilamid® TR, sealing elements in peroxide EPDM. Flow coefficient Kv= 2,15 m³/h, maximum flow rate 25 l/min (with ΔP = 0,5 bar).  Size of the polypropylene safety filter: 100 μm. Temperature: 0÷40 °C. Maximum working pressure: 10 bar. Volume of water treated with one refill: about 30 m³. Connections: 1/2 "F (x3).
