Fitnice Wicker

Fitnice® is a product woven from PVC-coated polyester fibres manufactured at Vertisol. Due to its composition, fitnice is a phthalate- and antimony-free product that also prevents the proliferation of fungi and bacteria. fitnice applies the knowledge and technologies acquired by Vertisol in the sphere of solar protection to a new sector: the manufacture of woven vinyl flooring. For this reason, fitnice is a product with high abrasion resistance, ensuring a long product lifetime and high lightfastness. Design forms part of fitnice‘s DNA. Its wide colour palette and range of tile shapes, in the case of floors, enable the creation of infinite combinations, converting the floor into a canvas for architects and interior designers. fitnice is woven from two-tone single-filament thread, which enables the creation of a random harmonic effect playing with incident light. Additionally, the combination of colours in the weave and method of installation give it a three-dimensional appearance, playing with incident light and creating truly surprising colour effects.

Especificaciones

Fabric composed of 87% vinyl and 13% monofilament polyester and backing of vinyl reinforced with fiberglass. Impact sound reduction of 15 dB. Indicated for intensive use according to EN 985: 2002 castor chair test, heavy commercial use according to EN 1307: 2014 standard. With antibacterial behaviour according to ASTM E 2180-07 (2012) and antifungal according to ASTM G21: 2013 standard. Meets the fire resistance requirement (Bfls1) according to EN 13501: 2007. Phthalates and Antimony free. Low level of VOC emissions - Floorscore® certified. Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) available. Installed on a solid, flat, clean, perfectly dry base (3% maximum humidity) and without cracks, according to the UNE-CEN / TS 14472 standard (parts 1 and 4); Indicated to be installed on properly levelled raised access floor. Fixed with the adhesive recommended by the manufacturer and pressed with heavy roller (> 50kg). Available in Rolls (200 cm width and 20 ml length), square tiles (50x50cm and 100x100cm), plank tiles (75x25cm), diamond tiles (50x50cm), hexagon tiles (sides of 30,70 cm), triangle tiles (50x50x50 cm and 50x50x70.7 cm).
