MasterTop 1324 is a hard wearing, elastomeric, crack bridging, low emission and decorative matt polyurethane resin floor which can be applied with smooth or slip resistant finishes to a large range of substrates. MasterTop 1324 AS is a antistatic, low emission, polyurethane flooring system, with smooth coating, for industrial floors with low to medium loads, where some crack bridging properties and especial performance of antistatic are desired (EN 1081). MasterTop 1324 ESD provided also an especial performance of ESD (IEC 61340-5-1). Substrate quality: Concrete substrate should be visible dry and have a minimum tensile strength of 1.5 MPa. EN 13813: MasterTop 1324 AS : SR-B1.5-AR1-IR4-Cfl-s1 MasterTop 1324 ESD: SR-B1.5-AR1-IR4-Bfl-s1 Emissions behavior: AgBB conform, AFSSET conform, A+ classification Crack bridging (EN 1062-7): Class A 3 (requirement > 500 μm) Resistance to the ground: MasterTop 1324 AS: 10⁴ – 10⁶ Ohm (gem. DIN EN 1081) Elongation at break (DIN 51504): 10% Slip resistance: Conformity to DIN51130: • MasterTop 1324 AS: R9 • MasterTop 1324 ESD: R9 / R10 Fire Behavior (EN 13501-1): Cfl-s1 / Bfl-s1 Colors: available in a wide range of RAL colours
