New build and renovation projects, with simple or complex forms. Buildings with indoor climate classes 1, 2 and 3. Heigt of the building superior of 25m.
Standard Dimensions:
Effective width: 430mm and 530mm
Tray length: The maximum panel length is 4 m on façades and between 0.5 m and 2 m on soffits.
Fixings: Fixing with fixed and sliding stainless steel clips, either screwed (clips with dimples) (see the VMZINC Standing Seam Façade Guide).
Insulation: Rigid rock wool insulation (e.g. Rockmax Sigma by Rockwool), with a minimum fire rating of Class A2 and a maximum thickness of 160 mm when installed on a concrete substrate.
ClassDoP and environmental: Environmental certifications and sustainability schemes: HQE (France – High Environmental Quality), BREEAM (United Kingdom – BRE Environmental Assessment Method), IBU certification (Germany – Institut Bauen und Umwelt), and LEED (United States – Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
